In short
- We collect what we need to run your account and to understand how the app is used.
- Your birth details are stored only in your account, so your charts work on all your devices.
- We never sell your data and we don't show ads.
- You can download a copy of your data, or delete your account, at any time from your account page.
What we collect, and why

Each of these is collected with your consent, which you give when you sign in. You can withdraw it by deleting your account.
Where it is stored
Account data and charts are stored with Supabase in Canada (Central). The website is served by Cloudflare. Sign-in emails are sent by Resend, which handles your email address only to deliver them. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to our pages without cookies and without identifying you. Google is used only if you choose "Continue with Google". These providers process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Who can see it
Only you, through your account, and the AstroLagan team for support and to count usage. When you send a question to an astrologer, that astrologer sees the chart you attach and your question. Your name stays private unless you include it.
Your rights
Signed in, open your account: Download my data gives you a copy of everything we hold about you, and Delete my account removes your account and everything in it straight away. Deleting a chart in the app also deletes it from your account. For a correction, or anything else, write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. These rights apply under Canada's PIPEDA, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the GDPR where it applies to you.
Age
AstroLagan is for people aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian may create charts for their children within their own account.
Cookies and storage
We use a sign-in cookie and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) use none.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will ask for your consent again when you next sign in.
